FUTURE of Physics 2019
The goal of FUTURE is to support the ambitions of aspiring young women in physics, who will go on to become part of a diverse generation of scientific leaders.
Nominations and eligibility
The nomination deadline for FUTURE 2019 is August 7, 2019. Please use the link below to make nominations:
We welcome you to nominate outstanding rising junior and senior undergraduate women who are interested in pursuing a PhD in Physics & Astronomy. Rising juniors should have an interest in pursuing a PhD in physics and motivation to learn more about graduate education and opportunities. Rising seniors should be planning to apply to graduate school in the Fall of 2019 and have a demonstrated interest in physics research. We are committed to building a cohort that is diverse among multiple axes and strongly encourage nominations of women with identities that are historically underrepresented in physics. Selected participants will be notified via email on or before the 4th week of August.
All travel and accommodations are provided for FUTURE.
